ABOUT ELIAS G. PATSALOS
Highly qualified professional (Certified Commercial Investment Member, Masters in International Real Estate, Masters in Management Information Systems) with experience in Commercial Real Estate including Landlord and Tenant Representation.
Elias grew up in a Real Estate Developer’s family in the Mediterranean region and came to South Florida to further pursue his career. He has over 10 years experience in the Miami residential and commercial real estate industry and he brings long-term expertise across the real estate spectrum. Areas of expertise include Industrial, Office, and vacant Land with a specialization in the Leasing and Sale of Warehouses in the city of Doral, located just West of the Miami International Airport.
The unique combination of extensive computer background and real estate experience as well as the passion for excellence, coupled with focus on the ‘client’ first, ability to find the optimal path and develop the right strategy to achieve his client’s objectives, instill in him the confidence for high performance in this sector.
He has been recently voted to be on the board of Miami’s CCIM chapter and he is looking forward to assist with the chapter’s expansion within young professionals.

ABOUT MICHAL BIBR
Michal has a wealth of real estate experience in both, residential and commercial real estate. Originally from the Czech Republic, he started his real estate career in Chicago as a residential leasing agent later moving to a position of leasing director in a luxury high-rise apartment tower. After relocating to Miami, he held positions of an asset manager of a commercial office and retail center, acquisition officer for luxury real estate development firm, managing broker for residential brokerage office, and VP of investments for multifamily investment company. He was involved in deals involving real estate acquisitions/ dispositions, developments, financing, and settlements.
Michal attended School of Architecture in Brno in the Czech Republic majoring in civil engineering later attending architecture program in Harold Washington College in Chicago.
In his free time you will find Michal on a tennis court, running, or on his adventure motorcycle. He is an avid follower of new building technologies such as construction 3-D printers, renewable energy generation, environmentally friendly management practices, services automation & AI, sustainable indoor farming such as aquaponics, just to name a few.

ABOUT FABIOLA OSORIO
Fabiola has been a part of the Agora Real Estate Group team since its inception. Fabiola is the lead executive assistant to the brokers and closing coordinator. As an executive assistant, she is an expert in prospecting, qualifying and generating leads for Agora Real Estate Group, as well as provide optimum service to our clients. Fluent in both, Spanish and English.
Working in a real estate company has made her realize that she really enjoys helping matching businesses with the right properties and watching them grow over the years.
ABOUT BIANCA PALACIOS
Bianca has joined Agora Real Estate Group in 2021. As the marketing manager for the company, Bianca is responsible for the development and execution of marketing programs such as direct mailings, social media campaigns, data analytics and preparation of promotional materials.
Bianca is fluent in both English and Spanish and currently learning French. She was born and raised in Venezuela and now living in Miami.

Fiorella has joined Agora Real Estate Group in 2022. As an executive assistant for the company, Fiorella is responsible for market research, analytics and reports for our clients.
Fiorella is fluent in both English and Spanish. She was born and raised in Venezuela.
ABOUT CINDY GUEVARA
Cindy has been working with Agora Real Estate Group for the last 5 years. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Quiché. Over the years, she has effectively communicated and collaborated with our team on numerous projects like market reports and business development, making her a versatile and valued team member.
Cindy in her spare time, is an avid photographer.
